The service
Chatelle is software that helps run a private office: organising requests, tasks, diaries, travel, homes and staff. It is not a concierge service, and nobody at Chatelle acts on your behalf.
The AI
Chatelle’s AI drafts, organises and suggests. It does not book, pay or contact new people without a person’s approval, and it can make mistakes. Check anything important (times, dates, documents) before relying on it.
Your household’s account
The principal (or their PA) decides who is invited and what they can see, and is responsible for removing access when someone leaves. Keep sign-in links and calendar links private.
Price and trial
Chatelle is one package at the published monthly price, with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time; the subscription ends at the close of the month already paid for.
Liability
We take great care, but we are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions made using Chatelle’s suggestions. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
